I am unsure if this is because my abs hurt so bad, or because the food portions really do keep my body fueled. The workout was great while fast paced it still gives plenty of time to set up for the next exercise. Day 1 composed of push ups and pull ups of all sorts with a few other back exercises thrown in and just when you think the video is over BAM it’s time for Ab Ripper X.
I look forward to tonight to see if I can make it through day 2. I am going to do my best and forget the rest.
