Congratulations to Cesar Hernandez and his gold medal finish at the USBJJF 2012 Pan Kids (Teen 2 Yellow Belt Middle.) Cesar has been training for about a year under Nova Uniao Las Vegas Coach Rod Wilson. Why I stopped to watch Cesar’s fight is because he fought both tenaciously and with ease. Then I overheard his coach tell the ref to make sure his opponent knew to tap on Cesar because Cesar can hear, he was born deaf. The family told me Cesar found Jiu-Jitsu though his dad who also use to train.
