Every weight classes’ winner gets official invitation to ADCC World 2011. Every weight classes’ three best fighters get medals.

The Tinguinha BJJ Academy has the pleasure to announce The Tinguinha's No-Gi In House Challenge, taking place Sunday- November 21st at The Tinguinha BJJ Academy. It will be a No-Gi Tournament and it will be open to ALL rank levels. This would be a great opportunity for students to get competition experience in a friendly enviroment and without the pressure of a big tournament's setting. November 21 in Virginia: US Grappling presents Converse Girls in Sports

US Grappling is proud to be part of the 2010 Converse Girls in Sports event happening at the Boo Williams Sportsplex on November 20 and 21, 2010. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Submission Grappling tournament will take place on Sunday, November 21. This event will have divisions for juvenile girls and women of any age. Juveniles will have gi and no gi divisions available, and women will have gi and no gi divisions, plus absolutes for each skill/belt level. Registration is now open.

Weigh-ins will be held from 8-10 AM, and the rules meeting will be held at 10:30. No gi divisions will start right after the rules meeting, and the gi divisions will go after that. We’ll publish a more detailed schedule as the event approaches.

Juvenile divisions at US Grappling events now use the Madison Bracketing System. There will no longer be preset weight classes for juveniles. Using the Madison system means children and teens will be less likely to cut weight since they won’t know the weight classes in advance.
